At Wick & Co, your privacy matters as much as the craft we share with you. This policy explains simply and honestly what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it — nothing more, nothing less.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We may also collect browsing data (like which kits or materials you viewed) to help us improve your experience on the site. We only ask for what we genuinely need to get your order to you.
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send you order confirmations and tracking updates, and occasionally share studio news or new product launches if you've opted in. We never sell your data to third parties — full stop. Any service providers we work with (like our payment processor or shipping carrier) only receive what they need to do their job.
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart intact, remember your preferences, and understand how people find and use the shop. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly.
All transactions on Wick & Co are processed over encrypted, secure connections (SSL). We don't store your full payment card details on our servers — that's handled by our trusted payment processor.
You can request to view, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. If you've signed up for our emails and want to stop receiving them, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message — or just drop us a note and we'll sort it right away.
We're a small studio and we read every message. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, reach out anytime.
